How do you release your anger?

Different people suggest different ways to release/divert/transform your anger.
I was pissed off yesterday so I got to transform my anger in order not to hurt myself.

Here are some of my suggestions:
1. Go massaging.
2. Be productive. For example, develop my online business
3. Sleep.
4. Retail therapy.

I guess the best thing is to divert it into other energy, but not letting it hurt you.

Philip Dick

When I talked about laziness and plans, or something like two side of a pole. I immediately think of Philip Dick. I learnt sth about Philip Dick when I was in Year 3's literature module, ' 20th century fiction'. This is the only book that I could finish for it was really nice, at least not so boring......
We deconstruct something we already had, based of several reasons, and build another 'thing', can be animals, can be sets of rules, can be anything.
Guess I must deconstruct my present status of laziness in order to rebuild up the responsibility towards my life.

Summer holiday, fever come along the way!
This is my first summer holiday which is free of job, this is also my last summer holiday to be a teacher (hopefully). A lot of plans, a lot of lazy particles inside my brain as well. Got to fight against those lazy parts to get closer to the success.

Haven't posted for quite awhile for I am busy at my little 'online' business.
Well it was at first my sister's idea to sell Birkenstock online. Automatically I joined in as my dad always says 'sisters join together to dig the gold mountain'. It is tough for we have to consider alot of aspects like pricing, promotion, supply and delivery. Well I guess it's a pretty good experience for both of us. I learnt how harsh business can be!
